She is very knowledgeable about the area, actually cares enough to find resources for us that were well outside the scope of her duty as our realtor. If you want a realtor who is attentive, communicative and has the capacity to truly understand your situation, it really doesn't get better than Janet.

I cannot recommend Janet enough. We were initially paired with her through Zillow when we requested a walkthrough of a house in the Wallingford area.
